    The best pub to ever been in Cromer the nicest staff and owners out any pub Ive ever been to always felt welcome like you were meeting a friend and they served a mean roast owners Myra and Lawrence were always smiling and greeted everyone who came through the door with a chat and a friendly hello bar staff and waiters were always polite as well we went for a Sunday roast every Sunday and the young lad Harry was always beaming with a huge smile and always a joke to tell and bar staff who we had heard called Lee-Roy by other customers was always pleasant also always had something to say to everyone he was a lovely young man. We were very saddened to find out this pub closed some time again as we returned to Cromer for the first time last week since moving away it was a lovely family pub with lovely staff could not fault it and will be dearly missed.

    After a 1 hour 15 minute wait with no apology from staff we were served a preheated meal mine consisted of a dried up piece of fish chips two slices of cucumber and a tomato and my husbands meal looked terrible it was a dried out burger in a roll which bacon, cheese and the obligatory cucumber slice tomato and chips. It appears to me that everybody else around us had been served even though they arrived after us so god knows how long the food had been sitting there. Customer service, well there was no customer service. Its an ok place to have a drink but think twice before ordering a meal unless its a salad which cant be reheated.
